The title sequence for Chronicle discreetly foreshadows some of the key events in the film. The credits are filled with the colours of the colours of the substance that the characters find underground.
It shows stills of the main characters throughout the film. If watching the film for the first time the audience would most likely be confused as they have missed the vital signs revealing the story line of the film and its genre. Despite this I also think the audience will be intrigued and therefore want to watch the film.
The title sequence isn't necessarily fast paced but the soundtrack used is quite up beat. It also suggests some of the key themes of the film and foreshadows some of the life changing events for the characters in the film.
The fact that at the end of the title sequence when the title is shown the screen shakes could infer that everything isn't as it seems or be referring to the explosions that go off throughout the film.
