Pitch 9) Mise-En-Scene: Costumes and Makeup (Cherise)

Task 1:

Example 1:

Name of film: Frozen
Character name: Elsa
Her costume is a dress down the floor. It is bright blue and white. She also has a matching tiara which had the same bright coloured blue jewel in the centre of it. Her blonde hair is in a side braid. Her makeup contains purple eyeshadow and pink lipstick.

Example 2:

Name of film: Maleficent
Character name: Maleficent
Her makeup is bright red lipstick and very pale foundation. It also includes very dark contour and a dark smokey eye. Also, fake long eyelashes. Her costume is a black dress/cloak thing. She also has a staff and a headpiece which are also black. Her headpiece has horns like a ram. She has a black choker and her dress/cloak has collars.

Example 3:

Name of film: Child's Play
Character name: Chucky
He has his iconic red hair with his blue overalls that says 'Good Guys'. For his makeup, he has scars that have been stitched up. He has his red little trainers and his red, green, white, light blue and dark blue striped long sleeve shirt underneath his overalls.

Task 2:

As I am completing this task, I am wearing a black nike top and blue jeans. I have two rings on, one on my left hand and another on my right hand.
I think we will be wearing stereotypical costumes such as dark coloured tracksuits and trainers.

Task 3:

You would see a lot of teenagers with these type of trainers in London.
These Ralph Lauren shoes could be classified as middle class.
