Task 24: Individual Idea

My idea is a British crime title sequence. This is because it would be easier to do because of the availability of locations and costumes. I think that we should have the characters all come from different social groups but still managed to get in the crime life. For example, you could come from a very upper class and privileged background but still managed to commit a crime such as murder. On the other hand, you might come from a lower class background and might have been stealing to feed yourself and family. In the end, you just see all the different characters together. They could be in prison and the film is just about their life in prison or they could make a gang and you could see how long they can survive before getting caught.
It will start from one characters life and what crime they committed and then change to a different character. It will end with all of them together. Maybe them planning something new to do or what new crime to commit together.

Task 23: Initial Creative Ideas

We instantly thought of our preferred genres and leaned towards a horror or psychological thriller. We definitely thought about it in way too much detail and we end up planning more of a trailer than title sequence. However, we then thought of our audience and the availability of locations and costumes. We think it would be easier to create a British crime film as the audience could probably understand it more.
We think our location could be an estate and our props could be  things like guns, knives, drugs and alcohol. This is to show the rough life of living as a British teenager in a gang.
